7 points dinner and dessert

Dinner had 1/2 cup of Simply garlic mashed potatoes(5 points) in the mix on top of it is one diced onion, a few diced stalks of celery that hubby could not taste, a green bell pepper, a can of corn and maybe 8oz of baked chicken breast from the other night cut in cubes and 1 cup of Heinz chicken gravy(5 points). I added salt & pepper to taste. I put 1 cup of this on the mashed potatoes. The mixture is enough for 4 meals so it’s about 6 points per serving.

Dessert was 1 cup of plain fat free Greek yogurt mixed with 1/4 package of sugar free Jello pudding (1point)mix then layered with about 5 huge strawberries cut in small pieces and mixed with a packet of splenda. Topped with no sugar added Redi Whip (1point each). This made 2 dessert cups.
