Recipe 1

Ingredients:

  • bread
  • eggs
  • chopped green onion
  • cheese
  • salt and black pepper
  • butter or olive oil

Instructions:

Get a glass and use it to remove the center of the bread slices. Grease the pan with butter and place it over medium-low heat. Add the slice of bread and put the egg in the middle. Season with salt and black pepper, then add the green onions. Beat the egg inside using a fork to chopsticks then sprinkle the cheese on top. Put the centerpiece of the bread and let the egg cook. Flip and cook the other side. Slice then serve.

Recipe 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped green onion
  • 1 oz of mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 tablespoon of unsalted butter

Instructions:

Crack the eggs in a bowl, then season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Beat well. Next, add the parsley, green onion, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined. Place a pan over medium heat and grease it with butter. Dip the slice of bread into the mixture and place it on the pan. Add some cheese and green onions on top, then fry for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.

Recipe 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • chopped green onion
  • chopped bell pepper
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 2/3 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Crack an egg in a small bowl, then add the salt, black pepper, chopped green onion, and bell pepper. Mix until well combined. Cut a square on the slice of bread. Grease a pan with unsalted butter over medium heat. Place the hollow slice of bread and pour the mixture in the middle. Top it with cheddar cheese and put back the centerpiece. Fry for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Ingredients:

  • 3 stale bread
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • tomato sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • grape tomatoes (cut into halves)
  • parsley
  • olive oil

Instructions:

Cut the bread into pieces and place in a bowl. In a different bowl, add 3 eggs and season with salt and black pepper. Beat until well combined, then pour into the stale bread pieces and mix. Grease a pan with olive oil then put the stale bread with the egg mixture. Flatten it and cover the pan with the lid. Fry for 3 minutes then flip. Spread the tomato sauce and add the mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and parsley. Put the lid back and fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
