10 MINUTE AIR FRYER LOBTER TAILS
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails2 tablespoons melted butter1 clove garlic, minced1/2 teaspoon paprikaSalt and pepper to tasteFresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the Lobster Tails:
- Thaw the lobster tails if they are frozen. You can do this by placing them in the refrigerator for 24 hours or by using the defrost function on your microwave.Once the lobster tails are thawed, use kitchen shears or a sharp knife to cut through the top of the shell lengthwise. Cut down the center of the shell, but do not cut through the meat.Gently pull the lobster meat up and over the shell, resting it on top.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat. Make sure to get some of the mixture into the cut you made in the shell.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell side down.Cook for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tails. You’ll know they are done when the meat is opaque and the shells are bright red.
- Carefully remove the lobster tails from the air fryer basket. Be cautious as they will be hot.Serve with fresh lemon wedges for squeezing over the lobster meat
