  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 package sugar-free orange gelatin

  1. Prepare the Orange Gelatin:
    • In a bowl, prepare the sugar-free orange gelatin according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool but not set completely.
  2. Mix in Greek Yogurt:
    • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the fat-free Greek yogurt with the cooled orange gelatin. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Add Orange Extract or Zest (Optional):
    • For an extra burst of orange flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of orange extract or the zest of an orange. This step is optional but enhances the citrus taste.
  4. Fold in Mandarin Oranges:
    • Gently fold in the drained mandarin orange segments into the yogurt and gelatin mixture.
  5. Fold in Whipped Topping:
    • Carefully fold in the fat-free whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  6. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the Orange Dreamsicle Salad for at least 2 hours or until it sets.
  7. Serve:
    • Spoon the salad into individual serving bowls or glasses.
  8. Garnish (Optional):
    • Garnish with additional mandarin orange segments or a dollop of whipped topping if desired.
