Zero point version of Cowboy Caviar!

1 can rinsed kidney beans

1 can rinsed black beans

1 can drained tomatoes with green chili

1 bag steamed corn

1 chopped bell pepper

2 chopped green onions

Chopped cilantro

Dressing: juice from tomatoes, 2 limes, pinch of sweetener (I use monkfruit for no points), garlic, tajin to taste, apple cider vinigar for zip)

Toss, refrigerate if you can wait, nosh with a crispy something! I used off the eaten path veggie crisps!
