ZERO POINT SALAD DRESSING | WEIGHT WATCHERS

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar (optional, adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dressing Base:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey or agave nectar (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Add Greek Yogurt:
- Stir in the fat-free Greek yogurt to the mixture. This will add creaminess to the dressing without adding many points.
- Adjust Consistency:
- If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out by adding a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Adjust Seasoning:
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning according to your preferences. You can add more salt, pepper, or a touch of sweetener if needed.
- Refrigerate:
- Allow the dressing to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This helps the flavors meld.
- Serve:
- Use the zero-point salad dressing on your favorite salads or as a flavorful dip for vegetables.
