ZERO POINT SALAD DRESSING | WEIGHT WATCHERS

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dressing Base:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey or agave nectar (if using), salt, and pepper.
  2. Add Greek Yogurt:
    • Stir in the fat-free Greek yogurt to the mixture. This will add creaminess to the dressing without adding many points.
  3. Adjust Consistency:
    • If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out by adding a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Adjust Seasoning:
    • Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning according to your preferences. You can add more salt, pepper, or a touch of sweetener if needed.
  5. Refrigerate:
    • Allow the dressing to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This helps the flavors meld.
  6. Serve:
    • Use the zero-point salad dressing on your favorite salads or as a flavorful dip for vegetables.
