ZERO POINT CHICKPEA AIRFRYER SNACK

I put chick peas in the air fryer what a great crunchy zero point snack. I’m guessing every air fryer is a little bit different, but I drained the can in the strainer and rinsed it off and patted it dry with a paper towel.

I then put them in my air fryer for five minutes at 390°. I took them out and put a little bit of olive oil spray on them and coated them with seasoning. Put them back in the air fryer at 390° for 10 minutes shaking it halfway through.

I think it’ll be fun experimenting with different flavors. The popcorn seasoning that I had here and that worked great too. I’m actually making one more batch now that will be cinnamon
