ZERO POINT CABBAGE SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 4 medium carrots, sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 8 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Vegetables:
    • Chop the cabbage, slice the carrots, chop the celery, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
