Zero point breakfast

I used a bunch of sliced mushrooms with some butter Pam spray. Sautéd them with a few onions and jalapeños. I added two eggs and 2 T egg whites on top and made it kind of like a pancake. flipped it, and added salt and garlic, and a little smoked paprika. garnished with cilantro and Peruvian salsa.(but it can be any salsa). Had it with a La Bandarita carb counter street taco tortilla. Very filling. I like my eggs when yolks are runny so that’s why I did it in kind of that pancake fashion. It would’ve been easier as scrambled and then it would’ve wrapped up in a tortilla. But it was great the way it was. could’ve added some fat, free cheese, for another point.
