WW Green Bean, Potato, and Turkey Bacon Bake**

**Servings:** 6

**WW Points (per serving):** ~4 points (depending on specific ingredients)

**Ingredients:**

– 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

– 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered

– 4 slices turkey bacon (or center-cut bacon), cooked and crumbled

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Ingredients:** Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and prep the green beans and baby potatoes.

2. **Par-cook the Potatoes:** Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish with a splash of water. Microwave for 5–6 minutes to soften them slightly. Drain.

3. **Season Everything:** In a large bowl, toss the green beans and par-cooked potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. **Assemble the Dish:** Spread the seasoned green beans and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Top with cooked and crumbled turkey bacon.

5. **Bake:** Roast for 20–25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and tender, and the green beans are cooked but still crisp.

6. **Garnish and Serve:** Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

**Tips to Lower Points:**

– Use cooking spray instead of olive oil to cut down on points.

– Swap turkey bacon for a plant-based or lower-point alternative if preferred.
