WW CARAMEL APPLE SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium apples (choose your favorite variety), diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup of fat-free or low-fat whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Lite)
  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans, optional)
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples with the whipped topping. Gently fold the whipped topping into the apples until they are well coated.
  2. Drizzle the sugar-free caramel syrup over the apple and whipped topping mixture. You can adjust the amount to your taste.
  3. If you like, you can add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture. Be mindful of the WW points if you include these optional ingredients.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over the top for added flavor.
  5. Gently stir all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.
  6. Chill the Caramel Apple Salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the salad to cool.
