WW Bagels

Thank you, thank you, thank you to those of you who posted this 3 point bagel recently. I changed it just a little by boiling them first and I am really happy with the outcome. I love bagels (but they don’t love me). These 2 ingredient bagels are the answer!

Edit: for those who requested the recipe. mix 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt with 1 cup self rising flour – some people say half and half ratio, I just kept mixing until it felt like dough. Divide in quarters, make a ball, poke a (big) hole in the middle to form bagels (my hole wasn’t big enough as seen in pics). While forming bagel shapes, I used a sauce pan to boil water. When the bagels were formed and the water was boiling, I added them to the water for 30 seconds on both sides. Removed bagels and added toppings (everything seeds and course salt). I put 4 bagels into the preheated air fryer sprayed with Pam at 350 for about 15 minutes. I like mine a little darker.
