Weight Watchers Zero Point Souffle

Todays WW breakfast…so easy and delicious and Zero points! My husband stole more than one bite from me! 

1.) Mash two bananas.
2.) Whip (stir) in two eggs.
3.) Toss in a handful of fresh blueberries.
4.) Pour into a greased 16 oz. baking dish – I used a Ramekin/Soufflé cup
5.) Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes (or until cooked to desired firmness.)
Sooooo good – like bread pudding without the bread.
