Weight Watchers Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip Kodiak Cookies – TWO POINTS EACH on ALL PLANS!

Because on those days when you just need a cookie- the best thing is to have these Weight Watchers Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip Kodiak Cookies.

The best part about these Weight Watchers Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip Kodiak Cookies is that they are NOT minis! This recipe yields 20 Big cookies with crispy edges and a soft center! What more could you want from a cookie?!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp of Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
  • ¼ cup of Sugar in the Raw Natural cane turbinado sugar
  • ¼ cup of Unpacked brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg s
  • ½ cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk flapjack & waffle mix
  • ½ tsp Table salt
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • 20 grams Ghirardelli 60% Cacao bittersweet chocolate premium baking chips- these are large chips ,using a knife chop them up so they’ll be incorporated throughout each cookie
  • 35 grams Quaker 100% Whole grain old fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
  2. In mixing bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and turbinado sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, then stir in vanilla. Combine the Kodiak Mix, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats and chopped chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined baking sheets. They spread so allow a 2” space between each. Baked cookies are about 3” round, nice size for the points!!
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes in the preheated oven until light golden brown. Allow cookies to cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet before removing them to cooling rack.
