Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar (or a sugar substitute to reduce WW points)
- 1 cup warm water
- Cooking spray (or use an oil sprayer for fewer points)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini doughnut pan with cooking spray or use an oil sprayer for fewer points.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar (or sugar substitute).
- Add the warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Carefully spoon the batter into the greased mini doughnut pan. Be sure not to overfill each well.
- Bake the mini doughnuts in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. You can check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into one; it should come out clean.
- Remove the mini doughnuts from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- If desired, you can dust the cooled mini doughnuts with a light sprinkling of powdered sugar or a sugar substitute.
WW Points (Approximate per Serving):
The points can vary based on ingredients and portion sizes. A typical serving is about 2-3 mini doughnuts. The points are approximately 3-4 WW points for a serving of 2-3 mini doughnuts,
