Weight Watchers Banana Pudding Brownies

Ingredients:

For the Brownies:

  • 1 box sugar-free brownie mix
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup water

For the Topping:

  • 1 box sugar-free banana cream pudding mix
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the sugar-free brownie mix box.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar-free brownie mix, mashed bananas, unsweetened applesauce, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan, following the instructions on the brownie mix box for baking times.
  4. While the brownies are baking, prepare the sugar-free banana cream pudding according to the instructions on the pudding mix box, using fat-free milk.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool completely once baked.
  6. Spread the prepared banana cream pudding evenly over the cooled brownies.
  7. Top with fat-free whipped topping.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
