Weight Watchers Baked Oatmeal with Blueberries

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 smashed banana
- 1 beaten egg
- Handful of blueberries (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional, for added fluffiness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Cinnamon or nutmeg to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, smashed banana, beaten egg, blueberries, baking powder (if using), vanilla extract, salt, and any optional spices.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish or ramekin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden.
- Allow the baked oatmeal to cool for a few minutes before serving.
