Weight Watchers 5-Minute Fudge

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:-

  1. Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate and peanut butter are melted and the mixture is smooth. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes total.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until the fudge is set.
