Weight Watchers 5-Minute Fudge
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
- 1 can (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:-
- Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate and peanut butter are melted and the mixture is smooth. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes total.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until the fudge is set.
