Weight Watchers 0 Point Crustless Quiche:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, spinach, tomatoes)
  • 1 cup diced lean ham or turkey (optional)
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free cheese (optional for added flavor)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Vegetables:

  3. Prepare Other Ingredients:
