I love making these nonfat Greek yogurt pudding pots. They are great for a quick breakfast and sweet treat at night. I’ve shared before about the cheesecake pudding mix but with pumpkin spice season upon us, I experimented.
Each pudding pot is just one weight watchers point!
I kept two pots as just cheesecake. But then I mixed in about a 1/3 of a can of pure pumpkin purée. It was tasty but not sweet enough. I added a tablespoon of stevia, a good dusting of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. This made two tasty pumpkin pudding pots. Very yummy and each pot is 1 point!
The original recipe for the cheesecake pudding pots is simply a 32oz container of Nonfat Greek Yogurt mixed with a sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. I like it with pizzelles and berries.
The pumpkin pudding pot is exactly that plus pumpkin purée, stevia, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
The only points come from the cheesecake pudding mix which is 3 points for the packet. The WW recipe formula makes each of the 4 servings 1 point.
recipe deets: 32 ounces NF greek yogurt
