Weight watcher 1 Point Chicken salad.
This is something i make. It could he 0 or 1 point per serving. Chicken salad.
Shredded chicken (0)
Cut grapes (0)
Red onions (0)
Apple cubed (0)
Light mayo- its 1 point per tablespoon
I make the slow cooker shredded chicken (from ww app)
The amount changes every time ive made it. I just use my leftover chicken which wasnt eaten. I put however many grapes, apples and onion to my liking (depends on amt of chicken) i personally am heavy on them. Then salt and pepper to taste. Then just add 1 tablespoon at a time till i get my desired taste. I only but in 4 tablespoons here and this for me is at least 4-6 servings. So ill count 1 point per time. Its a great prepare ahead. Stays good in fridge for about 4 days. its filling for me. Hope you give it a try!
For reference it in a 7cup pyrex bowl.
