Vegan Vegetable Fritters Ingredients:
-a medium potato
-a carrot
-an onion
-6/7 spring onions
-3/4 cup (110 grams) of chickpea flour
-1/3 cup (80 ml) plant based milk
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1/2 tsp of ground cumin
-black pepper
-olive oil
Grate the veggies (chop the onion and the spring onions), mix all the ingredients and fry with a bit of olive oil in a frying pan!
