Vegan tostada casserole

Ingredients
1 can of refried and black beans smash in a bowl. Add taco seasoning, red pepper flakes,

  1. I had some leftover vegan rib is I chop up in the food processor. Then I sauté onions, garlic, green peppers, and frozen corn.
  2. I took vegan mayo and Sriracha mix them together.
  3. Put some taco sauce in a casserole dish, put tostada shells in the dish add the beans, (meat mixture is optional) cheese, tomatoes, cheese, then add Mayo and Sriracha mixture. Then I added soft tortillas. Start the layering process all over again. On top I added some Tomatoes and green onions and mild peppers put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes and then take it out and let it rest
