Vegan fish and chip

Ingredients

Banana blossom
2 cups of water
1–2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dill
1 tablespoon of kelp powder
Batter:
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of celery salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon seaweed powder
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
1 cup of cold beer (beer of your choice)
Vegan tartar sauce:
1/4 cup of vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of small pickles (minced)
1 teaspoon of dill
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper
Deep fry them in your choice of oil
And your choice of chips/fries and ketchup
