VEGAN BUCKWHEAT BREAD IS EPIC RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 cups buckwheat flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the buckwheat flour, tapioca flour, almond flour, sea salt, and active dry yeast.
In a separate bowl, mix together the warm water, maple syrup, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bread pan, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Once the dough has risen, bake the bread in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
