VEGAN BLACK SESAME POP

Ingredients:
1/2 cup black sesame seeds
1/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Popsicle molds or paper cups and popsicle sticks
Instructions:
Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a blender or food processor, pulse the cooled sesame seeds until finely ground.
Add the agave syrup or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender or food processor and blend until well combined.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen.
