Air Fryer Recipes
Ultimate Fudge recipe in an air fryer
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, mini marshmallows, or sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the Dish:
- Line a small, air fryer-safe dish (like a square cake pan or loaf pan) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the Mixture:
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter.
- Place the bowl in your air fryer basket and set the temperature to 250°F (120°C). Heat for about 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add Vanilla and Salt:
- Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt for added flavor. Mix until silky smooth.
- Pour and Smooth:
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Customize with Toppings:
- Sprinkle your choice of toppings (nuts, marshmallows, or sea salt flakes) evenly across the surface, gently pressing them into the fudge.
- Set the Fudge:
- Place the dish in the fridge for 1–2 hours until the fudge is firm.
- Cut and Serve:
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Slice into squares or rectangles and serve.
