Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dish:
    • Line a small, air fryer-safe dish (like a square cake pan or loaf pan) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Mixture:
    • In a heatproof bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter.
    • Place the bowl in your air fryer basket and set the temperature to 250°F (120°C). Heat for about 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add Vanilla and Salt:
    • Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt for added flavor. Mix until silky smooth.
  4. Pour and Smooth:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Customize with Toppings:
    • Sprinkle your choice of toppings (nuts, marshmallows, or sea salt flakes) evenly across the surface, gently pressing them into the fudge.
  6. Set the Fudge:
    • Place the dish in the fridge for 1–2 hours until the fudge is firm.
  7. Cut and Serve:
    • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Slice into squares or rectangles and serve.
