Turkey cheeseburger pie

RECIPE

1 lb ground Turkey breast
1 diced onion
Spritz of oil oil spray
2 eggs
1 C Fat Free Milk
1/2 C Kodiak Cake carb conscious pancake mix
1 C velveeta shreds
Salt + pepper
Brown turkey and onion in a pan with some olive oil spray and put the meat mixture in a pie plate. (Spray a little olive oil spray on pan, can use PAM instead). Sprinkle with cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and pancake mix together, season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over your meat, onion, and cheese mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes! Wow! 1/6th pie is only 3 points
