Strawberry Weight Watchers Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chopped Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Greek no fat Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 packets stevia sweetner (I use purevia)

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries, honey, stevia and yogurt in the bowl of a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or freeze for 15-20 minutes if it needs to thicken.
  3. You can make this ahead and freeze in an 8×8 pan. Remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before serving so that it has time to soften.
