spiced Chicken wings
Morning folks another couple of ideas in ‘air fryers for the terrified’ . First off, spiced Chicken wings. Just put the wings in a plastic bag with half an egg cup full of olive oil, half an egg cup white wine, sploosh of lemon juice, quarter teaspoon lemon zest, Same of paprika and onion powder. Pinch of chilli flakes and a chopped clove garlic, salt and pepper. You don’t have to use these spices, could be any but these just to give you an idea. Leave in a fridge for a few hours or overnight. Then remove from bag, shake off excess. Heat up air fryer for 2 mins to 200 oC then 8 mins each side of the wings, just turn over with a spoon or fork or something. Photos show before and after. You could do exactly the same with chicken thighs or drumsticks but maybe 10 mins each side. Enjoy folks.
