Skinny Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (1 block) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar gradually, beating well after each addition. Adjust the amount of powdered sugar to achieve your desired level of sweetness.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- If you prefer a creamier consistency, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of non-fat Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
- Taste the frosting and adjust the sweetness or vanilla flavor if necessary.
- Once the desired consistency and flavor are achieved, use the frosting immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
