Protein Cheesecake

This ENTIRE recipe contains 90 grams of protein!

That’s right! And the macros (though I rarely count them) are quite impressive! I do pay attention to protein and as I was calculating them, I decided why not calculate the rest!

Ok, so here’s the breakdown for 1/8 of the recipe.

2g of carbs
0g of sugar
11g of protein

So if you want a low-carb, low sugar, high protein cheesecake that will actually do your body good, you gotta try this decadent version!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups cottage cheese
– 5 oz greek yogurt
– 2 eggs
– 1 Tbsp of Bethany’s Pantry protein bake powder

optional add-ins:
– sweetener of choice
– sea salt
– vanilla extract
– lemon juice

Blend everything until smooth then pour into individual baking dishes or one large one and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Allow to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
