Peanut Butter Fudge

Keto Thanksgiving Week is ON! I’ll be showing you how to do a Keto Thanksgiving all day today. Start with things that will keep for a few days, like this delicious Peanut Butter Fudge. It’s sugar-free and very easy to put together. And it tastes like the real thing!

Here’s how:

Melt 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup granulated Swerve sweetener, and 1 cup of Skippy zero sugar peanut butter over medium heat in a saucepan until melted (do not boil). Pull from heat. Add a teaspoon of vanilla and stir.

Pour the whole mixture into a parchment-paper-lined pan. I used one of those disposable pizza tins and it made clean up really easy. Let it cool for about an hour, then slice it into pieces. Look in the comments. Absolutely phenomenal. This is such a nice gift to give or to bring to a Thanksgiving day celebration.
