Peanut Butter & Butterscotch Parfait. 3 points

This parfait is loaded with peanut butter, butterscotch, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce and almonds. Indulge without overindulging!


1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt. 0 points
2 tablespoons PB2. 1 point
1/4 package fat-free, sugar-free butterscotch, instant pudding mix. 1 point
4 tablespoons fat free Reddi Whip. 0 points
1 tablespoon Hershey’s sugar-free chocolate syrup. 0 points
1 tablespoon sugar-free Smuckers caramel sauce. 1 point
1 teaspoon sliced almonds. 0 points
Stevia to taste


1. Mix PB2 and pudding mix with yogurt until thoroughly combined. Add Stevia to taste.
2. Layer a small glass with the yogurt mixture, chocolate and caramel syrups.
3. Top with Reddi Whip, sliced almonds and a drizzle of syrups.
