PAPRIKA CHICKEN

 Diced chicken breasts

 1 Onion

 1 Red pepper

 2 Garlic cloves crushed

 2 Tablespoons of paprika

 1 Teaspoon of mixed herbs

 300ml Chicken stock I used 2 kallo chicken stock cubes to make it extra tasty

 Salt & pepper

 1 Tub of Seriously light cheese you can have half the tub for your Healthy 

 choice

Fry off the diced chicken until browned then add in the onions & peppers & cook for a further 3-4 minutes then add in the crushed garlic paprika & herbs season with salt & pepper then pour in the chicken stock & stir through the cheese simmer until the sauce thickens

 Served with mash potatoes mashed with skimmed milk part of Healthy 

 seasoned with salt & pepper

 Steamed tenderstem broccoli for speed 

This one is well worth making
