One Pot Crack Chicken and Broccoli
Ingredients:
Tyson’s frozen blackened chicken strips
Bacon crumbles
Steam-in-bag broccoli florets
Ranch seasoning mix
Sour Cream
Cream Cheese
Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Avocado oil
In a large skillet heat a swirl of avocado oil. Cover the bottom of the pan in your chicken strips, cover and cook until soft. Remove and chop chicken. Add bacon crumbles to pan cook til crispy add back chopped chicken.
Steam, drain and chop broccoli and add to the pan.
The following are approximate measurements I always measure with my
Add Ranch seasoning packet.
4 oz of cream cheese
2 oz of sour cream
Handful of shredded cheese
Add salt pepper and garlic powder to taste and stir.
