One-Point Weight Watchers Sugar-Free Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup oat flour (you can make this by grinding oats in a blender)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Sugar substitute (such as stevia or monk fruit) to taste
Instructions:-
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the applesauce, cocoa powder, oat flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and your preferred sugar substitute. Mix until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers (they won’t spread much during baking).
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely….
