For the potatoes: 🥔

Baby potatoes, halved

Olive oil

Garlic powder, dried herbs

Salt, pepper

For the beans: 🥬

Fresh green beans

Olive oil

Garlic, salt, pepper

For baking: 🍋

Lemon juice

Chicken broth

Instructions:

Preheat oven and arrange chicken, halved potatoes, and green beans in a baking dish. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour chicken broth and lemon juice over the dish. Roast until potatoes are crispy, chicken is juicy and cooked through, and beans are tender. Slice chicken, drizzle with pan juices, and serve straight from the dish.

Notes: Add a sprinkle of parmesan on potatoes or swap beans for asparagus.
