Mozzarella base – pepperoni, mushroom and pineapple pizza

INGREDIENS
1 1/2 cups mozzarella
2 tablespoons Parmesan
2 eggs
1/4 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp dried basil
Small bit of salt
Toppings
1/2 cup mozzarella
6 slices of pepperoni
3 tbsp tomato sauce (I used hunter and gather spicy sauce)
1. preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients
3. In between parchment paper layer the spread evenly to create the base
4. Cook in middle of oven for 20 mins
5. Take out and increase oven to 400
6. Add all the toppings and sauce
7. Cook for further 10 mins
