Mini croque madame

If at the time I brought you the maxi version of the 
Croque Monsieur , today it is the turn of the mini Croque Madame, which includes a fried egg on top of the bread… delicious!

Ingredients (4 people, 4 minis):

2 slices of bread , without crust, cut into four pieces
4 quail eggs
2 slices of sweet ham
2 slices of cheese (Gouda type)
Maldon salt

Preparation:

Place a slice of ham on top of a slice of bread, then the cheese and then the ham. Cover with the other slice.

Toast in the grill pan until golden.

Fry the quail eggs in a non-stick pan until the white is set.

Cut the bread into four squares and top with the fried egg. Serve immediately.
