LowCarb Keto Crack Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6-8 slices)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (preferably low-carb or sugar-free)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend everything until smooth.
- Add cheese and seasonings: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Fold in bacon and green onions: Add the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions to the dip. Stir gently to combine, making sure the bacon is evenly distributed.
- Chill and serve: For best flavor, refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve with low-carb veggies like celery, cucumber, or bell peppers, or use pork rinds for a crunchy dipper.
