- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for a hint of smokiness)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
- Prep the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy. If they’re not already separated, cut them into flats and drumettes.
- Season the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until they are well-coated. Sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), black pepper, and dried oregano. Toss again to ensure even coating.
