Ingredients:
- 1 can (14.75 oz) wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tbsp dried parsley)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for a touch of brightness)
- 1/2 tsp dried dill (or 1 tsp fresh dill, if available)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil), for frying

Instructions:
