  • 4 tbsp butter- microwave for 50 seconds
  • 4 tbsp brown swerve
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 5 tbsp Lily’s sugar-free baking chips (I used semisweet)
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

Mix butter and sugar and mix till sugar dissolved fully in butter. Microwave it for 40 seconds. Take it out and stir.

Add vanilla extract, heavy cream, and chocolate chips. Keep stirring until chips melted and everything blended.
Sprinkle with sea salt. Put in freezer to set. 20-30 minutes.
