Ingredients:
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese (or Swiss cheese)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion (optional, for added flavor)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional, for extra veggies)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing onions, if using)

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Bacon: If you haven’t already, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Sauté the Onions (if using): Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent and slightly golden. If you’re adding spinach, stir it in during the last minute or two of cooking, just until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
