Keto Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round 8-inch cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add almond milk, melted butter (or coconut oil), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined and smooth. The batter will be thick but pourable.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, you can frost the cake with a keto-friendly frosting if desired, or simply dust with powdered erythritol or cocoa powder.

Notes:
- For frosting, you can make a simple keto frosting using cream cheese, butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener, whipped until smooth and spreadable.
