Keto Caesar Chicken
Melt in your mouth Caesar Chicken
-2lbs uncooked chicken breast, cubed
– 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
– 1 cup Caesar dressing
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– fresh cracked pepper to taste
Heat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish.
Add chicken to a large bowl and sprinkle in 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese and season with pepper. Mix to coat chicken then place chicken in greased baking dish.
Whisk together sour cream and caesar dressing in a small bowl. Pour the sour cream/caesar mix over chicken and sprinkle the last 3/4 cup parmesan on the top.
Put the chicken in the oven and bake for 30minutes.
Turn the oven to broil and broil the chicken an extra 2-4 minutes or until the chicken turns golden-brown.
