Keto burrito

For the wrap

Melted 2 cups off cheese in a medium sized pan (mozzarella & cheddar cheese)

Let the edges get a little brown than removed pan from heat and let cheese cool

The filling

I used ground beef, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream & guacamole.

Put the cheese wrap on a plate add filling ingredients in the middle & wrap like a burrito!

I then wrapped it with aluminum foil so everything would stay together
