KETO BRIOCHE BREAD 

Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated erythritol (or sweetener of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add melted butter, melted coconut oil, warm water, vanilla extract, and granulated erythritol. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
