KETO AND LOW CARB BACON CHEESEBURGER CROCK POT DIP

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brown the Ground Beef:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Bacon:
    • Cook the bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a crock pot, add the browned ground beef, crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream.
  4. Add Seasonings:
    • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Cook the Dip:
    • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-1.5 hours, until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Garnish (Optional):
    • If desired, top the dip with diced pickles, tomatoes, onions, and fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Serve:
    • Serve the dip hot with low-carb dippers like celery sticks, bell pepper slices, pork rinds, or keto-friendly crackers….
